What is Part I about?

Purpose: The purpose of this part is to enable you to better understand the kind of things that may make you most happy and how you can use this course to bring them more into your life.

Topics: There are chapters about what you most want in life, what will enable you to achieve it, and how to foster the mindfulness, resilience, wisdom, and creativity that will enable you do it.

Activities: The most important activities focus on helping you see, appreciate, and create more of the good things in your life that can bring you joy and happiness despite whatever stress and challenges you may be dealing with.
