The Katuka Mentorship Programme (KMP) is a structured, year-long mentorship and personal leadership development journey designed for professional women, emerging leaders and entrepreneurs who are ready to grow intentionally — personally and professionally.

Since its inception, Katuka has supported women across sectors to strengthen leadership capability, emotional intelligence, decision-making confidence and career resilience, while building meaningful professional relationships.

The 2026 intake continues this legacy with a carefully curated programme that combines mentorship, coaching tools, group learning and accountability.

Our 2026 Orientation is scheduled for:

  • Date: Wednesday 4 – Friday 6 February 2026
  • Time: 07:30 – 13:00
  • Venue: Kubata Conference Centre, 2nd Floor, Nelson Mandela Ave. (opposite Nampost/ Eros Shopping centre).
